HIDROSILO

Leachate that is formed in compost pans, septic tanks, latrines, vermicomposting, and landfills can be solidified with HIDROSILO and then mixed with other organic waste such as straw, leaves, tree pruning and soil to obtain an excellent planting fertilizer. After mixing, it is recommended that it should be left at rest for at least 30 to 60 days for composting by the microorganisms present. A solidified leachate content must be maintained in the mixture of soil and residues in a maximum of 30% so that the humidity is not too high and allows worms, earthworms, centipedes, termites and other animals that degrade cellulose and lignin. The amount of HIDROSILO to be used depends on the salinity of the leachate and that is why it is recommended to do a previous addition test with small amounts until the desired leachate consistency is obtained.

Dosage: 2 to 5 kg per 100 L of leachate.
